“Having seen the exceptional work Big Tex had completed at my relatives home redoing an entire kitchen and major remodeling of most of their home, there was no doubt we wanted them for the extensive renovations we had planned for our 2 nd floor when we became empty nesters. With our vision and Codys expertise and team, we now have our dream home. Our media room and game room complete with a wall of custom cabinetry and authentic brick veneer have transformed a once unused space to our main living and entertaining areas. Not only did his work exceed our expectations, it took our initial 2 room project to a complete upstairs reno including the bedrooms and bathrooms. “We hired Clear Creek Home Improvements to completely remodel our kitchen that had dark oak cabinets, heavy texted walls, brown floor tile, brown backsplash, and ugly granite countertops. Kevin coordinated closely with us throughout the design process. His written quote was very detailed, so we understood exactly what was going to be done before the project got started. The project took a little longer to get started than we expected. However, once the actual work began, it was completed within the time frame Kevin promised. Overall, the workmanship was excellent. We did have some minor issues with the stainless steel sink and stove top getting scratched, but the kitchen tuned out absolutely beautiful. Kevin stands by all the work that is done by both his crew and subcontractors. For Example, the granite fabricator inadvertantly cut the granite countertops with too much overhang. Kevin had the fabricator carefully remove the granite and recut it back at their fabrication shop. Kevin also had tile guys come back to fix several floor tiles that were raised slightly above the rest of the floor. We ended up with a beautiful three tile floor pattern that spanned from the kitchen through the breakfast area and into the utility room. Our dark traditional kitchen was transformed into a beautiful white transitional kitchen. The renovation included new white shaker cabinets with LED lightning, Cotton White granite for the main countertops, engineered quartz (Cosmic Black by Vicostone) for the bar and enlarged island, chandeliers over both the island and breakfast area, new faucet and stainless steel appliances. We cannot say enough compliments about the cabinet makers; they took the greatest care in fabricating and installing the cabinets. We recommend Clear Creek Home Improvements for any of your renovation needs. We found a contractor that backed up his work and made the extra effort to ensure we were happy with the entire renovation. Note: The included photos appear to show the LED cabinet lights casting a yellowish tint on the stone backsplash. It is actually a white light, but my camera processed it with a yellowish tint. I tried to enhance the photos to reflect the stones true color, but had little success.”

“Istonefloors installed granite counters in my home and did a superb job. The installers were very professional, exhibited great care for my home and also surrounding neighbors while work in progress. Installers contacted nearby neighbors just to inform them when the work would begin and explained what to expect, (saws, sanders, vehicles and time involved). The prep work for the counter top installation was equally impressive. All measurements were accurate and installation date promised was on time, (5 minutes ahead of schedule and installers called to confirm arrival). Installers took extra care to ensure seams were almost invisible, tops level and fit perfect. Clean up was also excellent.”

“Richard remolded our master bath with taking out old tile, fixing and replacing the shower stall floor, removing old wall paper and texturizing the walls with a very light stucco, put beadboard up with white wash and installed wood flooring . Installed new light fixtures and replaced all electrical switches. We were very happy and rehired him to do the guest bathroom and redo my kitchen after having it remolded 7yrs ago. To update I had him replace wallpaper with texture and install T1-11 from bottom to 6ft up with a 1x6 board. He has replaced all electrical switches and plates. I could go on and on but he always cleans up and respectful of what I need to change as the job goes along. He can do about anything. We will be using him for as long as he is in business!”

“Updating my review... Lasco came back, showed strong integrity and corrected issues with their initial work at no additional cost. The second time around, their communication was excellent and they performed the corrections to my satisfaction. They did use a new crew and new foreman. Lasco left a lot to be desired. They took much longer than promised (x 4), left behind a substantial mess and provided poorly planned, poorly communicated, poorly executed work. I really wanted to like them and their contractors but at the same time just wanted them to finish work and get the hell off my property. When they did, I spent several hours cleaning up behind them. There were screws, nails, construction, demolition scraps and spent welding rods Everywhere.”
