“A number of years ago, we found Gary on the Renomark website and hired him to build a bedroom, kitchen and full bathroom in our basement so our elderly parent could live with us. We were extremely pleased with the overall workmanship and with the suggestions he gave us re: design. Late last year, we decided to do a kitchen/partial bathroom renovation and Gary came to mind without hesitation. His crew were fabulous and always cleaned up at night before they left. They kept us informed as to what they were working on and what they were expecting to do next. Again, the workmanship was stellar and the pride he and his crew have in their work are admirable. We could hire them again no hesitation!”

“We were looking for a contractor for my house in north York ON and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine who hired meraki home services before and they were very satisfied. But I was not sure so I kept looking for others but I encountered this company from on line as well. So I thought we are meant be and hired. Jumping to conclusion we are very happy with his work through out my entire house. We spent like almost 150 k and I love his quality work. He was honest and very proud of his work. We did a long opening removing structural wall in kitchen and his architectural study background got us a lot of knowledge of load bearing walls. We did proper renovation. I strongly recommend this company meraki home services. Enoch Kim is the one of the best guy in Toronto contractors”

“I hired Innercon Construction to renovate my basement (approx. 2000 sqft). They were extremely professional and had all the right skills, experience and equipment for the job. I was very impressed right from the start, as our first meeting / consultation was both informative and educational. They were able to follow up quickly with a detailed scope and reasonable estimate for my project, and this was important in keeping change orders to a minimum. From the point of entering into a contract agreement with them, until their last day on the job, the lines of communication were always open and progress was smooth through to project completion. No issues at all with the project schedule or attendance, and I'm happy to report that my project was completed on time and on budget. “I find this company very knowledgeable, and experience. and was very respectful. This company displayed very good attitude easy to work with, respected my opinion as a woman. Specific examples with this professional that made a difference in my project, are: He worked through the cold winter in order to meet the deadline. He worked within his budget. There were no adjustment. For each completed phase of the project, He always follow up to see if there was any issue that was overlooked in the process. Like I said he did respect my opinion. He was patient, very quite, and a gentleman. Most of all I am very pleased with his worked. I would recommend him to any one. Veronica”
