“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Glitz just finished a large renovation in my home in manhasset. They did my stairs, floors TWO bathrooms inclucing a master suite, a den living room and entry way. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than any others we met with. They are professional and showed up every day at the same time. I was told the construction would take 6 to 8 weeks and I did not believe them and guess what?? They were done by week 8. We are planning on additional renavotions next year and I am so glad I already have the Contractor picked out. I plan on using them for all of my future projects.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We have had two of our homes expanded and renovated by DiCosimo. They did outstanding work and very reasonable prices. In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. Bottom line is that we consider him to be "our contractor" and will always use him.”
