“Highly recommend! Pacific Precision Builders is thorough, detailed, punctual, affordable and efficient from beginning to end. We went through the process with them of building and designing our home from the ground up and we could not be happier with the results. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. I especially appreciated the design help as that is not my forte. Their design specialist met with us several times and continued to research out options until we found the perfect combo for layout and materials. The building & install phase was fast and went smoothly, dovetailing perfectly with plumbing & electrical subcontractors. These guys know their stuff!”

“My wife and I remodeled our home in Kailua while still living on the East Coast. As you can imagine, we were very nervous about managing this project from 5,000 miles away. It was the entire first floor which included a bathroom and kitchen. He also painted the second level of our home. Luckily we were put in contact with Eric and his team and had an very enjoyable experience. From start to finish, Eric gave us verbal and pictorial updates on the project. If he didn’t like the way something looked, he immediately changed it. We came in on time and on budget, as Eric does not nickel and dime at all. I really can’t say enough about this team. I highly recommend them. If you ask Eric, I’m happy to show you our project.”

“Aloha, Building Science has been an absolute JOY to work with. Responsive to our requests, excellent workmanship, on time and on budget. We had an extensive and complicated project with a new second story addition and major renovations of the existing first floor. It was all handled professionally and with care. Highly recommend!! “Effecient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Once the loan went through and we could get started with the project, it went fairly quickly. In just 3 months the entire floor was put in, the main bathroom was redone and the kitchen was done and over with little interruption to us.”
