The team did a great job & also assisted & helped me make decisions for decorating. The team was very patient with me & thorough & endeavored to please me which they did. “People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”

“Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”

“We just moved into a new home and wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. We asked around and got a few estimates, but Laguna Bay Developing was highly responsive and had an excellent price. Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. You can see the before and after pictures below. We highly recommend them!”

“Rudy gave me a fair estimate on doing a stucco and dry-rot repair job on my home. Repair work is not his normal type of job since it wasn't a remodel or new construction but his crew did the job in a very professional manner. The ob entailed scarping and resurfacing water damaged stucco on the front of the house as well as removing and replacing dry rotted wood trim around the front picture window and both sides of the garage door. I provided matching paint for the stucco and wood trim, and Rudy's crew did a great job priming and painting all the new areas. They cleaned up afterward and left the landscaping unharmed. (Not an easy thing since it was right there in front of the repair area!) I highly recommend Rudy's Construction to anyone who needs a general contractor.”
