“I couldn't get anything to go down my kitchen sink. I live in a rental and the managers call All About Home Repair. When the plumber arrived (I wish I could remember his name but he is from Michigan!) no one was home. He contacted us to make sure it was ok to come in. It took him several hours to complete the job, he tried snaking the drain and a few other things before he had to just resort to cutting out the sections of bad pipe and replacing them. Much of the work he had to do was under the house in the crawl space. Throughout the whole ordeal he remained very positive. He was friendly toward my 6 year old who questioned him about everything he did. He was respectful of our house, removing his shoes when coming in from outside or from under the crawl space. We were just so impressed with his positive attitude through it all. We really appreciated the work he did and the manner in which he did it.”

Pros:
Started and Finished on time
Stayed within budget
Reasonably priced (I REALLY shopped around, and these guys were the best bang for the buck)
Most of the subcontractors he works with do a great job, and are respectful of the client.
Cons:
It has taken the subcontractors a long time to come out and fix a couple of things that weren't quite done right.”

Ryan was very good to walk us through what we needed to do and answered our thousands of questions very patiently. Since I haven't built a home before, I'm not exactly an expert; however, you can tell by the quality of the work and the loyalty of his subcontractors, that he is a good general contractor. He has kept in communication with us throughout the build and, so far, has kept ahead of schedule. We are looking forward to moving into the nicest home we have ever owned.”

There is one more adjustment that Josh is addressing that was not taken care of by Rock Solid Granite but Josh has assured us this will be taken care of. We are very happy with Castlerock.”
