“So glad we hired them! Saved us so much money and un needed work! Other construction companies quoted us on complete demo and remodel our kitchen with a hefty price tag. Ben from RL remodeling carefully examined our cabinets and said that they were in great shape and only a refacing is needed since we were happy with the original layout! We went with his plan, refaced cabinets, installed new counter top and backsplash, and our kitchen looks brand new and is stunning! Ben experience and honesty saved us a lot of money and we Love our new kitchen!! Thank you!!”

“We hired Attic Wizards to clean our old attic and give it a much needed facelift. I got quotes from 2 other attic insulation removal and replacement companies, they were most affordable and sounded very knowledgable, so we decided to give them a shot. And I am glad we made that decision, because our attic turned out beautifully. It looks amazing after the cleaning. I highly recommend these guys, they did a terrific job with our attic. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We've herd some noises from the attic was but was unable to identify the rodent Called Attic Boss, they came fast explains me about the rodent proofing gave me a fair price. Came to my house. Once they realize the rodent was in the felling they opened it removed all the insulation took care of the rodents and also took with them a dead rat that was already there to. No more noises from the attic thank god. Thanks to Attic Boss the best insulation contractors in Pasadena, CA!”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”
