“Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.”

“They are great , very professional, respectful and full of great ideas. A few items they have done is, new hardwood floor, new stain for hardwood floor, new carpet, new fireplace, installing trees, front yard landscaping , cement work and stone walls. We have used over the past 3 yeas to get all the items listed above done. Darren is very professional and gives you great ides on how to use your space. I highly recommend them to everyone and will use them again.”

“Jason was excellent to work for our office to bedroom conversion and finishing a portion of our basement. He merged our initial ideas with what was both feasible and cost effective. We really appreciated his insights and recommendations throughout the engagement, especially as we had several mid-project changes that he was able to accommodate. “We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anybody thinking about remodeling their home.”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”

“Tmax Builders remodeled our entire house (almost every inch of three floors), which included all new plumbing, electrical, adding a third floor, creating a master suite out of two rooms and porches and redoing our entire kitchen. Our house is a hysterical Denver square so Travis and his team had to also match 102 year old trim that he had to custom build. It was very important that our remodeled part of the home matched the original part such as doors, trim, built-ins and even the third floor hand rails. Travis’s team are hard workers, always wanting to make sure we were happy and let us be intimately involved in the process. We got to know Travis, Todd, Devin and his son Ronan well and would hire them again to work on any number of our future products. The entire team is very customer focused and when you hire Tmax Builders you hire Travis (Owner) and his core team who are also good friends, you don’t get random subs.”

“We have hired Constructive Builders for a few home projects and have been consistently impressed. When they did our hardwood flooring they were able to match to our existing stain perfectly. Eric also helped us determine the best route on a basement re-model project and brought many design ideas to the table. We absolutely love the results of both projects. Constructive Builders was cost effective and incedibly easy to work with. We will be calling them again for future projects.”

They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests.
