“For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. As a homeowner, I wanted to employ a contractor who could integrate all the components of a remodel and manage the entire process from start to finish, without my husband or me to oversee and inspect the project on a daily basis. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and cabinet designers worked hand in hand with me to make sure that my kitchen utilized my space in the best possible way. During the renovation, the Superintendant was always responsive to any questions and concerns and any issues were immediately addressed. We have shared our experience with family and friends, and for those who have seen the transformation, they are all amazed at the attention to detail and quality that is seen throughout. What really sets Unique Builders apart from others is that you never feel like you are just another client…the team makes you feel like your project is the most important thing they are working on, and the results show. “I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

He repaired our ceiling in our entry way due to leaky pipes by sheet rocking and painting the area. He also found a tiny leak in our roof that no one was able to detect. He has such a pleasant demeanor and we consider him our friend. I would recommend Kenny for your home improvement needs.”

“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. From A/C, Electric, plumbing, sewage, floors, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall, paint and gutters. This project was extremely complex and Norman managed it with excellent service and communication, documentation and budgetary transparency. We confidently recommend Bager to effectively manage any construction job to satisfaction.”
