“Wow is all I can say! They were able to complete my project on time with exceptional service! They made sure everything they installed was exactly was what I wanted through clear straight forward communication. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project. He handled any changes very well and listened to our ideas and made it happen. Our particular project from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Thanks again Patrick!”
