“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. “I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

“Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used 1st Choice Builders before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with 1st Choice Builders you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. 1st Choice Builders's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to 1st choice builders is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 10 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. We have referred them to a half dozen friends and neighbors - all who have been happy as well! 1st choice builders is like working with a friend!”

“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

They provided high-quality materials and excellent craftsmanship, and I am extremely happy with the results. I really appreciate the customer service I received from AA Quality Construction. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I felt that they had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process.”
