“We purchased a new home from Hellings and have used Hellings to finish the lower level as well as other projects. Ross, Barry and his whole team are very focused on client satisfaction. There are always issues to deal with in large projects and our experience continues to be that Hellings is focused on getting things done the right way. “GL Olson just completed a rebuild of a 90 plus year old cottage for us on Lake Chautauqua, NY. We could not be any happier with the finished product and the great people they employ. They worked closely with us before, during and after the build, to ensure everything was perfect. They were also very flexible in working with us as we wanted to complete the finish work ourselves, so it took additional coordination regarding builder and owner responsibilities. The quality of our new home is superb, the staff (from management to office staff to foreman and crew) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also bid the project at a very reasonable rate that was significantly lower than the other companies we considered. Highly recommend them for any construction project you might be considering.”

I wanted people to know that I purchased my new home about a year ago and taking care of various issues after the sale is done is extremely important to us. Kevin and his teams not only built our home, but they are also there for us when we need them. Some of these issues were not the responsibility of KD Builders but they took the time to help us solve these problems and in one case fixed it without charging us. Beyond their impressive expertise, every member of Kevin's team is friendly and a pleasure to work with. They proficiently address the issues and are able to clearly explain the process to a layman.
