We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“They remodeled a condo for me putting in all new trim and doors, painted, wood floors, and updated kitchen and baths. They also replaced a extra wide 3 pane glass sliding door on the second floor. I love, love, loved it!! All the work was wonderful quality with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the work. It was on time and on budget and they left everything cleaned up.”
