Since I had not heard about Covenant Contractors I was apprehensive about what I may be getting into, but Mark is top notch in all aspects of the job and met and exceeded my expectations. He kept in touch and provided pictures throughout the process. He provided sound advice keeping my best interest in mind. The quality of his work was exceptional. Any changes that came up, as they do in any project, were discussed with me to include options and recommendations. They worked efficiently and upon completion did a thorough job of cleaning up. “Y&Y comes very highly recommended by this homeowner. Cesar Resendiz, the personable owner, completes each job as he would in his own home. Thorough, efficient, clean, and honest. For me he has installed doors, laid ceramic tile, hung shutters, painted and stabilized railings, grouted, caulked, etc. He is flexible in making plan changes and doesn’t nickel and dime for every extra turn of his screwdriver. Prices are competitive or lower. I will have no other company work in my home except Y&Y Home Improvement Services. They are that good!”

“After obtaining quotes and reviewing several contractors for our home remodel, we chose Nailed It Home Construction and Remodel. We're so happy we did!!! Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, working with us to design and remodel our circa 1800's home. We gave them multiple change requests to which they quickly calculated cost and schedule impacts that were reasonable. What we found to be extremely advantageous is Nailed It are licensed general contractors AND licensed electricians. Bills oversight of the entire project from conception to scheduling and ongoing communication to his constant inspection of the ongoing work of his team made for a fun and smooth process. We were still living in our home while the renovation was was being done and the entire team were so friendly and respectful. The final result was beyond what we had originally envisioned. I would 100% recommend Nailed It Construction to anyone wishing to remodel or build! We are still with them to this day as they are our property management company.”
