“I purchased a home in September 2019 and had the Simplistic Inceptions construction company renovate my home. The renovation included removing walls, painting the whole house, replacing all the flooring, lighting, patch holes in walls, and replacing back-splashes in three baths and the kitchen. I can't tell you how happy I am this family-owned business that takes pride in what they do. The employees' team was great to work with, professional, respectful, and committed to excellence—their attention to detail and craftmanship precisely what I wanted and needed to update my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you, it does not seem like enough to this company. “Reshaped subfloor and installed 1/2" wood flooring in about 60% of the house. Very close attention to detail. Wired and installed microwave/oven fan (with exhaust) above electric stove. Painted interior ceiling and exterior trim. Reconfigured handrails for entire front porch. Repaired one 8" by 8" support beam front porch. Mr. White is a consummate professional building contractor. Knowledgeable, skillful, honest, trustworthy, timely and well respected.”

“I was born here in Hampton and have worked for 5 builders over my long career in the construction industry. I went to work for Performance Contracting in 1998 and worked there until we saw a slow down in 2011. Performance Contracting by far hires the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers I have worked with and many I was happy to say I had worked with over the years with other customer builders. These guys are the most honest, hard working subcontractors in our area. Jim Duguay, the owner of Performance, proved time and time again of his fair practices and respect for his customers. The construction industry is seeing a come back and I am just waiting for the phone call to come back to work on a full time basis again.”

“I hired Rico's Remodeling in September 2017 on the recommendation of a friend. That was the best advice I ever took. My project was the complete remodel of two bathrooms and a kitchen in my newly purchased condo. Rico is fun and easy to work with, he pays meticulous attention to details, he stuck to the schedule that was laid out at the beginning of the project, and always tried to get the best prices he could get for materials for my project. “Nick and his crew just completed new flooring for our kitchen and dining room areas, as well as marble backsplash in our kitchen (November 2022). Our experience was wonderful with them - Nick's estimate came in at a reasonable place, the crew showed up on time, was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did great work - minor issues at the end of the day were quickly remedied. No complaints whatsoever. The job looks great and we are very happy with it - thank you to Nick and his team!”

“I have been a repeat customer of Birstler Home Improvements formerly of New York. The principal Stephen has remodeled kitchens and bathrooms in both my residence and my investment property. He has also installed windows and roofs on both properties. His estimates are competitive with all licensed and insured contractors. His contracts are very detailed. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design. He recommends quality materials. He is detail oriented as far as the finish work. He expect high quality work from his employees and supervises them closely. No job is too small. I contracted him to power wash, prepare my rental property between tenants, a clean up project after a backup in my parent's basement, repairs to my screen house, installing fixtures, and a mason project on my sidewalks and driveway. I have referred him to many friends and family. They were extremely satisfied. Most important, I have peace of mind. I don't have to worry about anything incomplete or trying to track him down as I experienced with other contractors in the past.”
