Brian has great people skills, and always seems to solve problems on his own without having to worry you, the client. One prior client, whom I had spoken with, told me about an incident that had happened with one of the subs; Brian told her that "he'd take care of it." The problem was immediately rectified and she never heard a word about it. Now that I am a client, and in the middle of a major and significant remodel with Brian, I can vouch that that is how he works. The bottom line is that I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”
