“My family has had SBV due several projects over the years at our home in Akron . Complete Kitchen remodel, rooms gutted out and redone, & this past year custom built wood fence. Very trustworthy, excellent craftsmanship, & very nice guys. They are very meticulous and make sure we are happy with the project before final payment is due. Their workmanship is worth the money spent to improve your property. We really love these guys!! We have recommended them to neighbors who have also been extremely happy with the completed work.”

“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “Buckeye Beauty Landscaping = professionalism, integrity & prompt service. Rich & his capable crew are THE BEST! We interviewed many landscapers and found Rich to be the most knowledgeable, we knew immediately he was the guy for our job. He designed & built a fantastic sunken patio complete with pavers, walls, pillars & beautiful stairs. He also defined our particular grading needs by creating boulder planters on either end of the patio. Words are so inadequate when describing just how beautiful our backyard is. We have been singing his praises to everyone. Our yard is truly remarkable we have received so many compliments !”

He has been in business since 1988 so he is highly experienced. We completely gutted our new house and Dan Boling was able to completely renovate the entire house, including laying over 1800 square feet of wood floors in 3 weeks!”
