We were going on an 11 day vacation, so we started working with Chris (owner of Jenkins Construction) several months before our trip to get everything ordered. Everything went very smooth and when we returned from out trip, our project was done!! Was even more beautiful than we had pictured. Chris does most of the work himself and takes care of lining up people to do what he does not. (electrical and plumbing). “Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Paul and Megan (Bratetic Designs) were wonderful to work with. We did a remodel of our kitchen, living room and dining room. This involved removing a load bearing wall and putting a second support beam up into the ceiling, all new cabinets, appliances, lighting, fireplace mantel, tile work and hardwood floors throughout. We chose to still live in the house during the 7 week job. Paul and crew vacuumed the entire work area at the end of every day. They would even come back late in the evening to clean up after a sub if they had to work late. They ensured we had a working sink and range all but 3 nights out the 7 weeks. They came on time everyday and communicated continually throughout the project what was happening and what the next few days would be like. Paul custom made a few cabinet pieces and the fireplace mantel from pictures and they all turned out exceptional. He is a perfectionist and is shows in everything he does. I have referred everyone I know that is considering a project to Bratetic Construction and I will continue to do so. We love our new living spaces and we already have plans for remodel phases 2 & 3 that we will be calling Bratetic back to do as soon as we have the cash for them.”
