“Tim and his crew are phenomenal! We had an idea of what we wanted to do in our house, and Tim was able to bring that idea to life. They are so easy to work with and it's really nice having someone who can put it all together! We told them the budget that we had to work with and he was able to make our dream come true and all saved more money than expected. We can't give these guys enough kudos for their professionalism and care in our home! We'd absolutely recommend TMC to anyone needing help with making their home really a home!”

“When my house burned Mr. Patton turned a half burned ordinary 2400 sf 3/3/2 townhouse into a spectacular 3600 sf 2 story 4 level dream home.He did this while staying within the constraints of the insurance co.limits and the original structure. Amazing vision, design and execution! Just discovered Houzz or would have done this much sooner.”

“I had CH Restoration rebuild my porch on the back of my house. I had had it fixed twice before and the contractors that came never took my advice on how I wanted it done. I had requested from the previous contractors to knock it down and start from scratch and they kept insisting on just patching it. When I called CH Restoration they came out and my opinion was finally taken into account. Whenever I had a question about something being done I would call the contractor and the contractor would explain my concerns. I am so satisfied with my new beautiful porch. They explained the process(time) and they gave me an estimate that did not change in the middle of the project. I am satisfied with the work done by CH Restoration and would recommend them.”

“Rick And his team remodeled a little 1/2 bathroom for us and we are very please with the work. They took their time to make sure things stayed clean getting in and out of the house while performing the work. He gave good suggestions on what could be performed. Like I said we are very pleased with the grout, dry walling, moved a pipe in the way and set our new lights. Thanks Rick & crew.”

“Jose Garcia, Owner @ CI & JS Remodeling, initially contracted with us to stabilize an unsafe gable structure. He & crew, Mauricio & Miguel, not only updated the structure, replaced & added beams insuring the stability, and giving it a brand new look. Additionally, they removed a 18 yr old deck and built a beautiful elevated wooden deck and added a Mexican Saltillo Tile Patio. Jose is very personable, knowledgeable, a Christian family man & offering competitive prices. I look forward to contracting them for interior work.
