“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

“We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced! “My fiancé and I moved into a house built in 2008. While the house was still in good condition, the kitchen itself needed a facelift. I reached out to O'Reilly's and had a consultation with Randy. He gave me several options on what I can upgrade in order to make an ugly old-style kitchen look like a new 2022 modern kitchen - I opted to upgrade the oak cabinets and the old two-basin sink. Cabinets; He turned my crusty old oak cabinets into modernistic white cabinets in less than two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the results. The kitchen itself looks less like a dungeon, and now looks like sunshines and rainbows (no actual rainbow colors, it is white and much brighter). The sink; it was a two-basin sink. I wanted a large one-basin sink. Randy went to town and quickly changed the sink. He also noticed that the disposer was on its last legs and leaking, and offered to change that, too. During this time, Randy was transparent with everything he was doing to ensure that I was in the loop and was at ease. He's punctual, honest, and does not give you the run-around. Also, very easy to reach if I had questions regarding maintaining the upgrades. I will certainly return to O'Reilly's if I need other projects done.”

Everything from the light switches to the appliances work perfectly. The level of artistry that they put into the bath tubs, showers, and countertops is remarkable.
