“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. “Eric was the only guy who showed up and didn't try to scare me with what needed to be done. The crew that showed up knocked out the job in a few hours, were friendly and cleaned the entire area when they were done. The next day we had a 2 inch downpour with no problems. If I had one complaint it was that communication between signing off on the quote and getting the work done could have been clearer. But given the quality of the work and the cost I'd consider this to be a minor issue.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”
