“Zach gave me a bid on covering my patio. His bid was fair but even so was will the work with me to bring the costs down to my budget without compromising the quality of the work. I have been totally satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work he and his company completed for me. It was above my expectation, and I have more projects for him to bid on when my funding improves again next year. I highly recommend his company for construction work for his honesty and excellent quality work.”

“Called Nathan after researching other reviews for some repair on outside trim work. A relatively small job which is often the hardest to get help with. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, completed the job and then even charged less than the estimate. Hard to find professional service like this anymore. He will be my go to for future home repair.”

“Matt and Scott did an amazing job on my flooring!! I was always kept informed on the status of the job and the estimated completion time!! My home was always cleaned after each days work making it very easy to continue to live through the construction. My new floors look amazing and the job was completed in less time than I was originally told, which of course is a bonus!! I will and do recommend Phoenix Remodeling for any project!! “I recently finished a whole house remodeling project with Gen 3 Remodeling. Let me preface this with the fact that I have done multiple remodels, as well as new construction. I am very sincere when I say I have never worked with a company or crew who was more conscience, skilled and professional as Gen 3. From custom tile work, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, replacing patio doors, etc., each item was meticulously completed. They were able to see my vision and provide me with a home that far exceeded my expectations. Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat. Finest company/crew I've ever worked with.”

“Jarrett is FANTASTIC. He did the most beautiful full bathroom remodels for us. He had to take one down to the studs and completely redo it. Besides being very professional and very good at what he does, he also was there every day promptly., He communicates well with clients and kept us up to date. He is a fun and cheerful presence to have around. I cannot recommend him enough.”
