“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling. “I've had the pleasure to work with M & D Home Improvement for the past 6 years on various high-end luxury design project. I absolutely adore this team. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used 1st Choice Builders before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with 1st Choice Builders you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. 1st Choice Builders's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to 1st choice builders is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 10 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. We have referred them to a half dozen friends and neighbors - all who have been happy as well! 1st choice builders is like working with a friend!”

“Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. Their knowledge of timing and permit experience really made a difference in the completion of our remodel, Our homes photos are in Bills gallery of photos and they should be seen!:)”

“Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. When asked to give recommendation I the president of Warren Sheets Design, jumped at the opportunity to give my two cents about QPS. But since I have been asked, I’m giving more than two. “We found Rory when we decided to do some remodeling to our kitchen / living room and deck area of our San Francisco home. We put requests for quotes out to three contractors. Rory was the only one to respond quickly. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable with him. We described the work we wanted done and he made additional recommendations and helped us determine best solutions for things we were unsure how to accomplish. His quote was spot on without us even letting him know what our target budget was for the project. We had no reservations going with him without even looking at other contractors (which it turns out was good since the other contractors took months to get back to us!). Rory had other projects going, but scheduled ours in sensibly and set our expectations for the timeframe to finish the project. We were pleasantly surprised when, even though we added components to the scope, he and his crew completed the work well within the timeframe expected. His crew was professional and the job site cleaned up each evening. We have since had Rory come in to do piece meal projects and we know we can count on him to help us with anything we have need for (no job seems to small), and when needed he is able to recommend quality sub contractors, all of whom have done wonderful work (painters, electrician, etc.). We highly recommend Rory as a general contractor for any of your home improvement projects. He can take a job from start to finish professionally, for a good price with quality results.”

“AA Quality Construction remodeled my bathroom in 2022. The workmanship was great and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling company. They provided high-quality materials and excellent craftsmanship, and I am extremely happy with the results. I really appreciate the customer service I received from AA Quality Construction. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I felt that they had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process.”
