“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “Rick (owner) went above and beyond. He was in charge of rebuilding the front of my house After my oil tank fiasco. He kept a tight timeframe AND would do mid project quality walk throughs To make sure everything was to my liking. He even found and corrected stuff I didn’t even see. Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. “We recently remodeled a studio we purchased for guests who visit us. The project included the demolition of a kitchenettem and a bathroom, and the installation of new cabinets, wood flooring, granite countertops, appliances, wood molding and a custom Murphy bed in the sleeping area. My husband and I wanted a contractor who specializes in high end kitchens. We hired Paul Lopa (who had previously done two projects for us---a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel) as we were extremely impressed with his work, from beginning to end. For the studio project, Paul brought many samples to our home before the project commenced. It was very easy for us to select the materials, from the wood used for the cabinets and Murphy bed to the granite countertop and wood floor. We were also very pleased with the appliances he helped us select as well, as the kitchen was transformed into a full-fledged kitchen with an eat-at counter. Paul helped us select custom marble for the bathroom which is gorgeous! Every suggestion he made was great. The studio is now worthy of being photographed by Architectural Digest! Paul and his crew are very professional. His staff is friendly and were always on time. Upon completion of the job, the whole area was clean and ready to use. Paul was always accessible and available to answer questions whenever we had one. We were impressed that the project finished on time and on budget! We will definitely use Paul for all future work. He is a consummate professional and very nice to work with.”

“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

“Stellar Home Services did an amazing remodel of my master bedroom! They tore out the wall to wall carpet and replaced it with beautiful new wood flooring. They then gave fresh paint on the ceiling, walls, and trim to give everything an updated look. New window treatments completed the renovation. I was more than pleased and overjoyed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Chris and his crew. Dealing with Chris from start to finish was a wonderful experience. He was there anytime to answer any concerns I had. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. It surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Stellar Home Services for any project you might have. They are hardworking and dedicated to doing a top notch job!!”
