Domenichini Construction and we couldn't be happier with their work! To name a few: We had them replace ALL door, frames & casing, added crown moulding through out, added recessed lighting in our dining room, and due to bugeting we had a whole house fan installed that saved us ALOT of money in lieu of AC. Which we will add some day...Are you listening D.R. Domenichini???? Although our improvements seems minor compared to other remodels etc, it just goes to show that no job is too small for this company. “Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“I have been "flipping" houses successfully for 15 years and Eric Lamascus (Owner) of Elite Construction is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He does what most other contractors fail to do: Show up when he says he will, stay within a budget and finish the job on time. All of these are very important to me, as remodeling homes is my business and my livelihood. My first project with Eric was in 2007. The 1200 SF house was a real "fixer'. Today it is a beautiful contemporary 2000 SF home with a 1000 SF ocean view deck. Everything was redone and the house doubled in value in just a few months. The kitchen and bathrooms were standouts (pictures above).

I personally worked on the job site with the Elite crew everyday. They were always on time, knowledgeable, hard working and polite. Eric had an excellent understanding of the job and what my goals were, and translated that to the crew. His ability to problem solve is outstanding. He also had great sub-contractors that did all the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, roof and drywall under his supervision. 

 Since the first project, I've continued to work with Elite on several more projects, including work on my own residence in Santa Cruz.

“My wife and I used Phoenix Contractors for a total gut job remodel of a 2000 square foot home. Scott Sullivan and his crew did excellent work. They were pleasant, hardworking, conscientious and detail oriented. His sub contractors did an excellent job. The parts of the job they could control were all done on time. Scott was on the job site most days supervising (and working) and he had great instincts about when we needed to be consulted. He was also excellent at working with the interior designer we used on the project. There were a very few, very minor things that had to be corrected once the job was done and the team from Phoenix Construction did a great job of taking care of these issues quickly and easily. Likewise, we had a couple of minor warranty issues months after the job was done and getting some one from Phoenix to deal with these issues was easy and the work was done quickly. Also, on one instance we had a problem months after the warranty period was up. I checked with Scott and he offered to see what had caused the problem. and then do the repair for time+materials. He ended up charging nothing because the problem could have been prevented had the original work been done different. A final thing I would add is that many contractors I have dealt with through the years prefer working with men. That was never the case with Scott and his crews. They treated both my wife and the interior designer we hired very respectfully.”
