Jackson was very accommodating with all of our requests and had so much patience with all of our questions and fears about this project. He always made himself available for us when we needed him and was able to offer suggestions to improve on our original design idea based on his experience in construction. We had originally made the mistake of hiring a family member to assist us with the plumbing rough-ins for a full bathroom as well as convert the heating system to an on-demand hot water tank/boiler.
