“Matt Hanes and his son Dave did a terrific job on our remodel of a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Silverado. Both men were a pleasure to work with. Matt handles the overall supervision of the work and Dave pays close attention to every detail of the project. In addition, Dave is a highly skilled cabinet maker and finish carpenter. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were fully custom and beautifully made...and a very fair price. We were also very pleased with their internal team and the subs with whom they have relationships. On many occasions during the course of our project, both Matt and Dave provided valuable input into the structural and well as the esthetic design elements. The finished product was greatly enhanced as a result of their suggestions. Because we live in the East Bay we were not able to closely supervise their work but every stage was completed on time (or very nearly so), and the quality of their work was exceptional. And (importantly) there were no cost overruns and no billing surprises!”

He is very easy to work with, I always felt good because I always knew he was taking care of everything and treated my project as if he owned it!! “I met Tito is 2013 when looking to purchase our home. My Real Estate agent called Tito while I considered submitting an offer on the property, which relied on our ability to flip a 375 square foot unit into a studio. Tito showed up on the spot, followed-up with a quote and had the studio move-in ready in 6 weeks. Fast forward to 2020, he's also remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, deck, built a storage unit under my deck, removed a fire place from the living room, painted many interiors rooms of the house, including the full exterior and now a garage remodel. I always thought Roja Construction would return to remodel my 2nd bathroom next, but shelter in place changed that as we looked for more space to work from home. I called Tito on a whim, thinking this project might be too small for him. He showed up the next day, provided a quote a few days, and started soon after. He told us two weeks for garage remodel and the project only went over two additional days for final touches. T”
