“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“We had a new entry door installed. They provided great service, were on time and completed the installation in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of our needs and treated us like it was as important to them as it was to us. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect my floor. “Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“Dennis renovated my entire home and added approximately 1200 square feet to the existing footprint. This was a lenghty and complicated process that was estimated at 10 months and took every bit as long. We renovated 5 bathrooms and added another full bath as well as a master suite and guest suite and reconfigured much of the home taking everything else down to the studs. All new mechanicals and insulation and hardscape were done. The project was done with high quality and for at least 15% less than the closest estimate. Dennis was great through the entire project. As expected, there were ups and downs over the course of the year. If you aren't ready for some unexpected findings, don't even embark on a renovation of any sort. I say this as I want you to know this review is legit. However, every step of the the way, Dennis was at the project overseeing the work, answering questions, and keeping us informed. He is the job foreman and GC. It's his own personal business that he grew up working in with his father. Unlike many GC's he could put on a tool belt and do the job himself, and that gives him insight to know if the work being done is actually done right. I have referred Dennis to my friends and he has done work for 2. Both have been very happy. My wife and I love it when Dennis stops by to tweek things or just say hi. He is an honest and honorable man whom I respect. Contrast that with most people I know who undertook renovation projects. For most of them, the last time they saw their GC was in court. I recommend Dennis Kelbus without any any reservation. You should STRONGLY consider Dennis for your project of any size.”
