“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“We have been in our home 25 years and decided that our family room needed a “facelift!” After interviewing several contractors we were sold on Dan Drenckhahn and Country Creek Builders. Sometimes the sales pitch can be more than what is actually delivered, but Dan and his crew did not disappoint! They were always on time at the job site, the house was always impeccably tidy before they left at the end of the day, and they were very accommodating to our questions and changes that we made during the project. We love everything about the new & improved family room look, but the most impressive feature is the stone fireplace! We replaced our brick fireplace with stone and every stone showroom sales person said “the fireplace will only be as good as your mason.” We wondered if ‘young’ Dave would be up for the task and he far exceeded our expectations. His eye for color and design were exceptional. People are wowed by the beautiful fireplace! Clearly, we would highly recommend Country Creek Builders for your remodeling endeavors! “My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

“We hired Steve to finish our basement and it turned out great. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was always willing to listen and answer questions. He also brought a lot of ideas for the project, including great ideas for a rustic bathroom, unique tile floors and shower and hidden crawlspace access. He also built a removable stairway railing that will make moving furniture into the basement very easy. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in the basement and Steve helped us create storage areas to maximize the finished area. Steve was great to work with and we are very happy with the basement.”

“Ron Ungerman, owner of Ungerman Construction has performed many jobs for me in the last 25 years, I will not have any other company come into my house to perform any work. His employees are the most knowledgeable, neat in their work, always punctual to show up at the set time....While I lived in my old house (40 years) they did remodeling and when I put the house on the market UC did all the repairs necessary... When I purchased my Edina condo in 2007 UC did a complete remodel replacing all flooring, total kitchen and bathrooms, closets and laundry room as well as painting the whole unit. Four years ago I contacted them again as there was a leak from the upstairs unit and I had a flood in one bedroom and closet--within the hour from when I called, I had two guys show up with huge fans to dry up the areas of the damage and had those fans run for days until everything was dry and the damage was repaired and painted. I have recommended them thru the years to all members of my immediate family for very extensive remodeling and repairs with complete satisfaction and reasonable pricing....These are the reasons why I am giving them a 5 stars rating !!!!! I wish I would have photos but I am a "klotz" with a camera in my hands.... Sincerely, Dalia Katz”

“I hired Wonderwoman Construction to help me wall tile in my bathroom and to help me with ideas on my patio project! Lori was honest, up front and helpful with suggestions and ideas. Her estimates were clear and straightforward. We were able to hire one of her tile professionals to come out and help us with the wall tile project so that we are able to do it on our own in our 2nd bathroom project. The tile turned out great!! Lori was honest about the water drainage issues on our patio and suggested a method for improvement that we are able to do on our own for much cheaper than what we were expecting! Wonderwoman Construction is highly recommended!”

“My fiance and I purchased our four bedroom two-and-a half-bathroom modern farmhouse from Jim and Everlast Enterprises this past fall. First off, the house is gorgeous and the design details and craftsmanship are unmatched, but most importantly Jim and his team's customer service and attentiveness have been more than we could ask for. Being first-time home buyers, I am sure we had many questions that were somewhat silly, but Jim and his team took the time to answer every single one, educating us throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend Jim for your next custom home or renovation project.”
