We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

“We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. He does not leave until I am completely satisfied. *In this review the question of approximate project date is asked.
