The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”
