Before we started working with Lou, the process seemed daunting and overwhelming, but this team really made it easy. Throughout the whole process Lou called and updated us with everything going on. “I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m looking for more jobs so I can work with him again.”

“My husband and I bought a house about 20 years old. The bones were solid but it needed a lot of updating. We needed a company that understood our goal, listened to our needs, respected our budget and finished the work on time. They did it all! The project included: -Wainscoting throughout dining room & foyer - Came out STUNNING! -Reworking the fireplace mantle to fit our Plasma - Great carpentry work and installation of new stone around the fireplace -Sanded the floors and used a water based finish - Beautiful -Added a wall and door to an open den that is now my husband's very private office - He's in heaven -Replaced all the hardware and lighting fixtures - This made a huge difference -Wired the house for sound and installed Sonos Music System -New carpeting in all bedrooms and stairs -Painted all the interior walls All these small projects transformed our home. Our house no longer looks 20 years old. We could have easily had another contractor in our house recommending a lot more work to accomplish what we needed and wanted. The Remodeling Company helped us make great decisions. Plus, working with them was a sincere pleasure! The guys were always on time, courteous, and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. The Remodeling Company exceed our expectations, for sure! They made certain our project was hassle free and seamless. I can not say that for other contractors we have hired. Our project was completed as promised..ON TIME and ON BUDGET and WE LOVE IT!”
