“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. We completed a kitchen, half bath, re-done the flooring, painted the entire house, inside and exterior, changed/added lighting, redone our fireplace, and more! “I was in desperate need of a bathroom and kitchen renovation before my entire family came into town for the Christmas holidays. I was concerned that I may have procrastinated on getting this project started and would not be able to get it completed on time. A friend highly recommended Superior Home Enhancement and I was more than pleasantly surprised when they ensured that they would be able to complete my very specific bathroom remodel before my deadline. The contractors were extremely professional and took the time to break down the entire project and were able to keep it a little under my budget. They were surprisingly tidy during the renovation and left no mess in other areas of the house at the end of the day. They were always willing and available to answer all my questions. Their high level of professionalism made the entire experience as stress free as possible during the renovation and their precise attention to detail resulted in a finished project that was exactly what I envisioned. “Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Mitch is the most honest and professional businessman...Quoted the the best estimate out of 4...Sign a contract?? Hand shake was all he wanted,,..that was the contract..Could not be more pleased with the job his employees performed ..Honest..On Time.. When job was complete, Mitch came to inspect the new roof...If you want an honest person to get started with your project..Mitch is your man..Thanks to Mitch and his employees..Great job!!!!”
