“I can't say enough good things about Steve Ott. But I can start with the most important thing - he is honest. In contrast to an industry that is infamous for dishonest people, Steve has always treated us with integrity. The best example of this is when we had a few issues emerge several weeks after the project was complete. Steve sent his team to resolve the issues in a timely manner at no cost to us. The next most important thing - the project was completed within the upper range of the original time estimate and within 15% of our original budget estimate (that includes unforeseen issues/expenses). Most people say their projects go WAY passed the timeline and WAY over budget. That's never been our experience with Steve (going back to my point about him being honest...he works really hard to get you the REAL price up front. He doesn't deflate the price to get the business and find a lot of "ad ons" throughout the project). Finally, Steve insists on quality. If something isn't done well, he will do it again. He did not like how the subcontractors installed our fireplace stone, so he personally came and laid the stone.”

It was great to hear an enthusiastic yes and I felt comfortable to give them some creative freedom. Not only were the designs we collaborated on unique, but the attention to detail and execution were impeccable. As a woman with no knowledge of construction, Pittsburgh Property Remodeler's process and transparency, made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the transaction. “After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

Ron's quality and professionalism has always been top-notch. Very easy to work with and quick turnaround time for being a custom wood craftsman. The barn door project we did together really brought an incredible final touch to a master bathroom renovation that I did back in the spring of 2019. They have become my "go-to" designers and builders. I highly recommend working with attic+earth Home if you are looking for quality rustic / shabby sheek projects and decor!”
