“Everyone warned us that a kitchen remodel would test our marriage. Not true, Mark at preferred kitchens was great. He listened to our ideas added his own and we have the most wonderful kitchen. The team stayed on time 6 weeks from start to finish, the people who work for Mark are all professional. Questions and concerns were addressed immediately.”

“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Carter Custom Construction and will use them again in a heartbeat for another project.”

“XL Outdoor Living offers superior design and craftsmanship for any project. We consulted with XL to build a sunroom on the back of our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. We continue to receive compliments on the beautiful transformation of our home by all our neighbors. Not only does this company offer fair and reasonable pricing, but Peter and his team deliver superior work quality and hands-on experience. We highly recommend this company!”

“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “Ohana Construction wasn't the absolute lowest bidder, but was close to the least expensive. What moved me to select Ohana was their assessment of my anticipated project, the problems I may face with regard to construction, warranty work and maintenance. Because I had several projects being performed at the same time, dates of performance was paramount. Ohana worked very well with other contractors even when those other contractors changed and delayed their schedules without notifying either me, the homeowner, or other contractors. This action cause Ohana personnel to be literally idled for a few days, but Ohana was able to work around this problem. Changes in the scope and design of the project were met with understanding and were accommodated. All the personnel who worked on the project were professional, competent, and congenial. I would recommend Ohana Construction to anyone who would need their products or services.”

“We worked with Paul from Mantis Design Build on a home restoration project, a turn-of-the-century Victorian farmhouse now in the middle of a neighborhood in Minneapolis. He had a great eye for detail and gave excellent advice on both how to do things right and how not to do them wrong! The project progressed smoothly with all the craftsmen used by Paul completing their portion of the work with skill. Give Paul a chance to look at your project! In the end, you’ll look back and say it was the best decision you could have made as you enjoy the space he created for you.”
