“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis.
