“I did a few projects with JH Improvements and I am very happy with the job and service I received. Eugene and his crew are very professional and well experienced. “We hired Peak Living to renovate our ensuite bathroom with a new shower, floors and toilet, along with new floors in our laundry room and guest bathroom. We have been extremely satisfied and happy with the work that has been done by Tom and his team. They are extremely knowledgeable, willing to work to your specifications, and very flexible. In addition, as with many renovations, little changes pop up and Tom has been more than willing to spend the extra time with us to ensure our 'new' bathroom is everything we had hoped for. If we decide to do any further renovations in our home, we will definitely call upon Peak Living and Tom McCrae.”

“Total gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ... “We hired Alkat Contracting to create a custom fireplace surround. They did an outstanding job and delivered a product that was above our expectations. They were polite, courteous and definitely experienced. They were very conscientious when it came to limiting the amount of dust created in our home and did a full clean up when they were done. We are very happy and would definitely recommend them.”
