“Renovation of kids' bathroom: 4 week | $20K; Layout: same House style: Tudor (5 bedrooms; 3.5 baths) Design: all new Groehl hardware with satin nickel, granite countertop, 2 undermounted Kolher sinks, Toto toilet, subway tiles in shower/bath with blue/gray grout and blue/gray floor tiles, new Panasonic LED light & fan on timer. This bathroom had the 80s decor with wall-to-wall pink tiles & matching pink fixtures & gold hardware. After 8-years of living with the eye sour, a recent toilet problem and ongoing poor ventilation, it was time to rip out the old and update. Being a management consultant, I'm juggling deadlines, costs, options and people all the time. Jesse & his team worked well with this mindset and my wishes. When we hired Jesse among the 4 we interviewed, he knew we were ready for this project when he saw all the fixtures, hardware, flooring and tiles were already waiting for him in the garage. Jesse wasn't part of my design process, but he gave great input & options when I needed to make timely decisions like tile work, venting & counter fabrication. What I enjoyed about working with Jesse was his communications & planning. He worked with all medium: text, email & phone. He & crew responded quickly. Before the project started, Jesse gave me a timeline which I incorporated into my calendar. For each week, I knew the progression and what tasks I needed to complete to keep the team moving ahead. The project was finished on time. My next project is the master bath. It's got a strange layout. We hope to incorporate a walk-in closet from our bedroom which we don't have. I look forward to working with Jesse on this one and I will definitely need his design skills.”

Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

“Cal Green completely remodeled my bathrooms, updated lighting, a kitchen update and updated doors throughout my home. From the first meeting Shai listened carefully to my thoughts as I shaped my thinking and decisions relative to the remodel and provided a timely estimate, answered my many questions, had a project plan, and had a great team. I would encourage anyone to check out Cal Green Remodeling. They exceeded all my expectations when they constructed our new 900sqf ADU! Construction can be stressful, but Shai made the process easy. He was extremely hands-on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. I couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a true pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend Cal Green Remodeling to anyone.”
