“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“Alexis and Lauro did a wonderful job constructing our attic. Our home is a bungalow in the North West Side of Chicago. After working with multiple contractors, their ideas and recommendations really got us exited about completing the project. Turning it into a “family room” with new bedrooms for the kids, master bedroom, hang out area and a complete bathroom with stand up shower. Allowing us to finally move forward with expanding the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. Work was completed on schedule and budget making it easy to continue using their services.”

“Having worked with many contractors in the past, I must say that I have never been as satisfied with the finished product as I have since The Tradition Builders entered into my life, and completed my kitchen rehab. Having just purchased my condo, I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen before I moved in. Tradition Builders came highly recommended from friends that used them on bathroom remodel a few months earlier. I contacted them to give me an idea of what they would do with my awkward kitchen to open up the space and make it as useful as possible. Ivan provided me with excellent ideas and guidance, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything suggested, as well as the time and money it will take to complete the project. Once the project began, he was in constant communication, and kept me updated on project’s progress daily. My beautiful kitchen was done before the deadline and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the overall delightful experience I have experienced with this incredible team. I am looking forward to working with them again on the bathroom remodel next year!!!”

“I hired Ashdel twice. Once to break through a rear wall and build a deck and then again to replace some arc windows with custom glass. They were easy to wrk with, professional and clean. I would not have hired them for the second job if they hadn't done a great job with my deck.”

“After doing much research, I hired Construction Development to remodel my home. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Sam was willing to work around my budget and provide an honest opinion with the requested work. Furthermore, Sam and his team were always available to speak to me in person when I had questions regarding this project. I will definitely use them again for future projects.”
