“We hired Exceptional One to open up the kitchen to our living room along with remodeling the mantel. Their team did a professional job that exceeded our expectations. The cost of the project was a bit on the high end, but it was worth the cost for extra attention to detail. While on site their contractors noticed some moisture under the floors another set of contractors were removing and about to lay floor over. They stopped the other contractors from making a potentially costly mistake and alerted us to the potential issue. I was extremely pleased with the level of communication we received throughout the process. We arrived unexpectedly on several occasions and always found the team working diligently. The crew was respectful of our time and our property. They did terrific work and left our home spotless when they were finished. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.”

“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “I've used Ohio Basement Authority for several projects in my basement and crawl space. Their work is top notch and their pre-sales process has worked well for me. They've been able to show me the "best" way to get the job done as well as lower priced options that are good. 1) Not always the cheapest, but by far the best. 2) Unique solutions 3) Best in class team that does great work 4) Great clean-up Some of the jobs I've had done include: 1) Replace old rusted posts and add additional posts holding up my main beam in my crawlspace. 2) Replace traditional sump pit with their TripleSafe system.”

“Rick Wieland redid our master bathroom, keeping our garden tub & ceramic tile floor. New items installed: shower walls & floor(faux marble), clear glass side & door, Amish built vanity, tall cabinet & over toilet cabinet. Vanity top & tub dec in the faux marble, which we really tied the shower in w/ everything. All new Delta faucets & shower head & wand. Crown molding, cut down the fullsize mirror & framed with wood. New lighting. We are totally happy with the work done. Rick & his crew were respectful of our home & cleaned up every night after working. I recommend to anyone looking for a quality builder & remodeler.”
