“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“Fred Lappe has been doing work for me for more than 10 years. he is honest, reliable, and above all the job gets done properly. No job is too small and no job too big. When my landscaper phoned me regards the tree that fell on my house during a storm. It created a hole in the roof and siding. I called Fred. He and his guys got the place buttoned up and covered that day. He then fixed everything including negotiating with the insurance company.”
