“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“It was a complicated and intricate task gaining every inch of space we could to expand our master bedroom & bathroom. Pro Construction Builders tore the master bath down to the studs and helped reorganize the layout. Hats off to his crew especially. Every new crazy idea I came up with David would consider, and often had a better idea. Knowing we were having a new vanity installed with inches to spare between the tub area, he rearranged his schedule to do the demo in 1/2 day the following week. Any time I made a request for extra items or revisions they were happy to accommodate and make sure that everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Also a giant shout out to Pro Construction Builders for walking us through the process and helping with everything from the design of the bedroom, to finding the right fixtures and finishes that would look great together to making sure the crew knew exactly what to do.”

“We hired Mahseri Home Improvement to renovate our downstairs kitchen, bath and family room. We could not be happier with the finished results. Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”

“Our portico tear down and new portico construction by On the Sport Home Improvement came out beautiful. Mike, Eli, and Ray were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The crew worked everyday, rain or shine, and always stopped to check with us how the project was going before moving on to the next phase. Ray was meticulous and always cleaned up the yard every day. The project did not pass inspection due to the lighting fixture not being up (our fault because it did not arrive in the mail yet) and some mortar work needed. Even though we paid the full balance before the final inspection, On the Spot came back the very next day to make the repairs and install the light fixtures and the inspection passed. I would recommend On the Spot to everyone.”
