“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). “My fiancé and I moved into a house built in 2008. While the house was still in good condition, the kitchen itself needed a facelift. I reached out to O'Reilly's and had a consultation with Randy. He gave me several options on what I can upgrade in order to make an ugly old-style kitchen look like a new 2022 modern kitchen - I opted to upgrade the oak cabinets and the old two-basin sink. Cabinets; He turned my crusty old oak cabinets into modernistic white cabinets in less than two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the results. The kitchen itself looks less like a dungeon, and now looks like sunshines and rainbows (no actual rainbow colors, it is white and much brighter). The sink; it was a two-basin sink. I wanted a large one-basin sink. Randy went to town and quickly changed the sink. He also noticed that the disposer was on its last legs and leaking, and offered to change that, too. During this time, Randy was transparent with everything he was doing to ensure that I was in the loop and was at ease. He's punctual, honest, and does not give you the run-around. Also, very easy to reach if I had questions regarding maintaining the upgrades. I will certainly return to O'Reilly's if I need other projects done.”

This involved completely gutting the old kitchen, removing the floor, tearing down a wall, and installing steel beams. He completed the work in about 3 months, and it was flawless. Patrick is reliable, organized, detail oriented, punctual, honest, friendly, and he has a great group of subs who work with him. He takes great pride in his work, and the final result was beautiful. If we ever do another remodel project, I will definitely call Patrick.”
