“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

With this company I never had to worry if the job would be half done or not done correctly. They are very detailed and keep you to date on the project every step of the way. “We contracted with OCC Group to replace the roof, install new windows and new siding, as well as re-pointing our brick porch, building a roof to replace the porch awning, replacing the porch railing, install french doors to replace 2 windows and replace two exterior, custom doors. Everyone associated with the job was respectful and professional. The job was slightly delayed due to weather and the occasional late contractor, but I've got no complaints. The work done was top-notch and we are getting constant compliments.”

“Contracted Maison to replace the exterior doors of my house. Took some time to get materials ordered but once available installation started immediately. Project took longer than I or contractor initially expected due to some "old house" issues but was completed in 2.5 days. Subsequent issues with flashing, trim and seals was take care of quickly and without question. All in all a very good experience.”

“I am in the process of selling my home and had the house inspected. The inspector went underneath the crawl space and found major water damage to the floor joists, sill plate and subfloor. The kitchen and laundry room had areas that were lower than other parts of the flooring. He could not find an active leak but obviously there was water coming from somewhere to cause all that damage and rotten wood. I hired a plumber to see if he could fix the leak; lo and behold, he told me that he could not find an active leak but did stated that there was moisture and water damage. My real estate agent recommended Jon and WOW! HE FOUND THE SITE OF THE LEAK!!! He got to work right away, going underneath the house, repairing and replacing everything, including installing in brand new beautiful tiled floors. I am so happy with how everything turned out. He showed up every day on time and got to work. I am thrilled to have found someone who is honest and reliable; not to mention his prices are very reasonable. Hire him, you will not regret it!!!”
