“Steve and his wife are a fantastic team! They give you an upfront evaluation of your plan and guide you through the prosess with true professionalism, Steve assesed our needs and was able to navigate through our unique craftsman home. Always giving us updates both good and bad which comes with owning an older home. They are dog lovers and they even took our dog for an overnight stay at their house while some foam insulation work was being done! Cookies at Christmas were also an added touch of their personal friendly approach to custom home renovation!”

“Dan Misek was hired by Eurtton Distributions to install a kitchen in this over 100 year old cottage on Wallace Island. I was the Design Consultant, hired to design and oversee the project. It was a challenging task to install cabinets on uneven floors, walls that weren't square and a ceiling that was only 84 inches. Dan overcame many obstacles such as briddle subfloors, that had to be rebuild, existing build-ins that were so out of square that the new cabinets would not lign up to it. Dan's exceptional Carpentry skills paired with a lot of patience for detail turned this project into something amazing to look at, prestine workmanship at its finest!”

“Daniel and his team were great and we would not hesitate to recommend them! We moved into an older home in the Prince Edward County area. Prior to moving in we needed to remove baby blue broadloom that was the same age of the house. We also needed to lay a sub floor and new floor in most of the basement. Daniel not only provided and stuck to his original quote, finished on time, but he also provided guidance on the type of floor surface and composition to use. Through out the entire process the highest level of professional was maintained. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. We are already discussing additional projects at our home and we without a doubt hire Daniel and his team!”

“We hired David to build a pergola for us and, he not only built a beautiful pergola within our budget, he took the time to repair and improve our deck. These repairs were not within the scope of work he was being paid for and he did not ask for additional money, despite the fact that our budget was fairly small, and the additional work took him half a day to complete. “Dowling Contacting did a few home renovation projects at my place of residence during the past three years. The work was done by two or three men and all of them were very proficient. “Bruce was recommended as an excellent painter, and he is, but he does wallboard, insulation, electrical, plumbing, flooring (of all kinds) and many other jobs. He is prompt, hard-working, VERY careful, and always cleans up. In short, he is terrific!! I understand that he does great concrete work and wood work but we haven't had him do that (yet). He has worked for us for 5 years as we slowly renovate and clear up problems.”

“Rob of Deak Construction built a large covered deck for me two years ago. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were efficient, punctual and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The deck has been a solid addition to my heritage home in Port Hope. The following year, I had Rob build a stone walkway at the side of my house. The walkway which slopes from the street to the garden gives a European street feel to the area and is a beautiful addition to the attractiveness of the house and garden.”

“We hired Al to renovate 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Al and Stephane were very professional and worked really hard. They were on time every day, they cleaned up totally at the end of the day, Al made very good suggestions for products or colours or paints. Al actually brought us samples of tiles so we didn't have to go to the store. He really knew our style and what we wanted. He gave us great suggestions on which stores to go and get countertops, backsplash, kitchen cupboards etc. We will be using his services again in the Spring to do more renovations. We were extremely satisfied with him and his work and highly recommend him.”
