“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later.
I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft.
He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add).
The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive.
I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again.

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”
