“What an amazing group of people associated with Pepe and Seabrook Developments, from those working directly for Pepe and all those who were sub-trades! Pepe Matinez (Now owner and at Seabrook Developments) ran and organized my project. He is very professional and focused on both details and quality of work provided. Very polite and maintained the job site clean at all times. If there was a concern it took just a simple phone call and within the hour the concern was addressed and corrected. Amazing follow-up care as well to date. The project was on time, and they went the extra mile working nights and weekends to ensure we were on time as this was a commercial project. Just amazing fit and finish, both our clients and staff are absolutely thrilled with the finished project. They were nearly on budget (but the extra's do finish the feeling and look) Pepe and his team were very knowledgable about working with all the dental equipment and set up what we needed to ensure all the equipment worked properly and was plumbed properly for water, compressor, suction lines and all the miles of electrical and communication cables.
