“95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. The workers were very respectful and at the end of the day, they ensured everything they moved out of place was put back in place or placed somewhere my pets couldn't get to. 95 Custom Construction was a blessing to me!!”

“Simply the best contractor I have ever used (and I have used many contractors over the years). George and his team are consummate professionals. They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids. He was quick to respond to my calls and questions. We simply could not be happier with the way it turned out and with the process. We thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the design of our new bathroom! They have my highest recommendation.”

“Overall it was a new experience for my family to have a home remodel this big, we were very impressed with how the job site was left clean everyday so we could have a look at the progress at the end of each day. Also their attention to detail was amazing, pointing out certain things that not even my husband or I were aware of. “After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend NGAGE Properties Group for any home improvement or design project. This is my second home requiring renovations. Her work and customer service is phenomenal; 2nd to none.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“MPS has done several projects for me and I have been 100% satisfied every time. I recently bought a house where an entry way closet was missing. MPS helped me solve this problem by installing a beautiful coat closet that blended seamlessly with the existing colonial style of the house. MPS also built me a beautiful custom bookshelf along the empty wall of my family room which added so much warmth to the living area. I absolutely love the fine cabinetry work and attention to detail. I also had a minor flooding incident and they were able to repair and paint the areas where the drywall was damaged, leaving the area completely restored. I highly recommend MPS to anyone who needs home improvement work - high quality craftsmanship and amazing communication.”
