“We hired Hills Home Remodeling to gut and remodel our kitchen, rebuild an old lanai into a great room, and build a covered front porch, among other smaller jobs at our Kailua home. They recently finished and we are thrilled with the results. I really appreciated that they could help us with design ideas at any part of the process while still respecting our personal tastes. Jason Hills is such a skilled carpenter that he can build anything custom for you to make your house work just right for you. At the same time, he is happy to install pre-built items such as cabinets to suit the customer's needs. The company has relationships with a variety of sub-contractors in Kailua, so it was easy to get every part of the job arranged. The company is also really kid-friendly, very considerate of having children who are living amongst a home remodel, and also thinking about kid-friendly design. I also appreciated that they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company.”

“Highly recommend! Pacific Precision Builders is thorough, detailed, punctual, affordable and efficient from beginning to end. We went through the process with them of building and designing our home from the ground up and we could not be happier with the results. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. I especially appreciated the design help as that is not my forte. Their design specialist met with us several times and continued to research out options until we found the perfect combo for layout and materials. The building & install phase was fast and went smoothly, dovetailing perfectly with plumbing & electrical subcontractors. These guys know their stuff!”

“We did a full remodel on my parents home which included removing walls and redoing the kitchen, changing out the flooring, redoing three bathrooms. It was a daunting task, but Max walked us through every step of the way. His team was always professional and courteous on site. Most importantly, we stayed on budget and on time! Excellent experience with Omega Builders from start to finish. We always recommend them to family and friends!”

“Pat Gill and his crew were honest, professional, responsive, respectful, fair and did exceptional work. Pat is very patient and has a keen eye for detail. The construction process from start to finish was actually really enjoyable, as Pat was easy to work with and was extremely open and responsive to any questions we had throughout the project. I have very high expectations for service, quality and pricing and I believe that working with Pat was money well spent. Not only did he stay within our budget, but our home was completed perfectly on schedule. We love our home and we have referred many people to Pat. “My wife and I remodeled our home in Kailua while still living on the East Coast. As you can imagine, we were very nervous about managing this project from 5,000 miles away. It was the entire first floor which included a bathroom and kitchen. He also painted the second level of our home. Luckily we were put in contact with Eric and his team and had an very enjoyable experience. From start to finish, Eric gave us verbal and pictorial updates on the project. If he didn’t like the way something looked, he immediately changed it. We came in on time and on budget, as Eric does not nickel and dime at all. I really can’t say enough about this team. I highly recommend them. If you ask Eric, I’m happy to show you our project.”
