“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”

“In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated. “Ron is a professional all the way from start to finish! He has done a number of projects for me all to my satisfaction. His prices are fair and his work is quality. He’s done luxury vinyl flooring throughout my home, all new kitchen quartz countertops, cabinetry work, tile work, electrical. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”
